Common Questions

Can you come the same day for a blocked drain?

In most cases, yes. Blocked drains are one of our most common callouts and we try to fit them in the same day. For urgent situations (sewage backing up into the property), we offer emergency callouts.

My drain keeps blocking. Why?

Recurring blockages usually mean there’s an underlying issue. It could be a buildup of grease or fat that keeps re-forming, tree roots growing into the pipe, a collapsed section, or a pipe that’s sagging and collecting debris. If your drain keeps blocking, we’ll investigate the cause properly rather than just clearing it again.
