• Weekday (8am to 5pm): From £178 + parts
• Evening (5pm to 10pm): £267/hr + parts
• Overnight (10pm to 8am): £356/hr + parts
• Weekend and Bank Holiday: £287/hr + parts
• Assessment visit: £85 flat fee, which gets deducted from the final bill if you go ahead with the work

For bigger jobs, we’ll come out for an assessment first and give you a written quote with everything itemised. That way you know exactly what you’re paying for before any work starts.

5. You pay when the job’s done by cash, card, bank transfer or cheque. We send you a clear, itemised invoice.

Do I need to buy the parts myself?

No. We supply all standard parts and materials, and they’re included in your quote. If you’d rather buy your own (say you’ve found a particular tap you like), that’s fine too. We’ll fit it as long as it meets safety standards. Labour cost stays the same either way.
