How do I make a claim or book an appointment?

If you want to make a claim or book an appointment, then you can give us a call on 01482 298158 where one of our team members will be happy to assist.

Will my price increase if I make a claim?

No, we don’t punish our customers by increasing prices should you need to make a claim.

How do I check what is covered by my membership?

Please see your Terms & Conditions for full details of what’s covered by your agreement/membership. You can also find them here.

What do we consider an emergency?

An emergency is defined in the agreement Terms & Conditions as sudden and unforeseen damage to something in your property covered by your agreement, which immediately:

  • Exposes you to a risk to your health
  • Creates a risk of loss of or damage to your property
  • Makes the buildings uninhabitable.

An example of an emergency could be a water leak which cannot be resolved by turning off the stop cock and where you are unable to temporarily stop the incident from causing further immediate damage within the main house of the property. How do I change the contact details on my membership?

What happens with my membership if I move home?

If you are moving home and need to update the address on your agreement/membership, simply get in touch and our team will help.  Please note that because the HJZ Protect Plan is a locally based service, moving away from your local area may affect our ability to service your new home, if this is the case please discuss this with one of our team members.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please call us on 01482 298158 or email us at henry@hjzplumbing.com.

Please remember to include your name, address, and the agreement/membership number of the product you wish to cancel in any correspondence.

How do I pay for my membership?

After contacting us regarding joining the HJZ Protect Plan one of our team will give you a call and details of where to set up a standing order to pay for your membership.

How many properties does the HJZ Protect Plan cover?

The plan only covers a single single property, if you need to cover more than one property (for example if you are a landlord) please contact us.
